This concept of Amor Fati has opened my heart, which required breaking it open. And yes, it hurts. However, through this pain, I’ve discovered how much grace I can hold. I can radiate love even when I’m hurting.

Amor Fati means loving even that—the unraveling, the clarity, the hard truth that something wasn’t aligned to begin with. At least, that version of you had to die. What feels like it was “meant to be” might have only been meant to wake you up.

So, what comes after this pain?
